Notting Hill Today
Notting Hill is located in West London, in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. The area itself is very cosmopolitan and world famous for hosting the annual Notting Hill Carnival and for being home to Portobello Road Market and of course the well known Richard Curtis (who also happens to be a resident) movie, Notting Hill.
Notting Hill is closely associated with Ladbroke Grove and North Kensington, and has a wide and diverse range of residents and but perhaps it is most well known for its contemporary and affluent fashionable areas with attractive terraces of large Victorian townhouses combined with huge array of shops and restaurants, around Westbourne Grove a which is in turn linked Portobello Road itself.
