Kardinal Offishall aka Carnival Offishall tore down Nottinghill Carnival earlier today. Its the biggest Carnival to take place in Europe, with an estimated 2 million people in attendance. Kardinal performed on Rampage’s main stage, alongside Dead Prez, Ms Dynamite, and several other UK artists. He performed ‘Dangerous’ and freestyled over ‘Pass Out’ and ‘Next Hype’. He literally shut it down!
